"Refrain from taking action until you are in a positive state of mind."

Taking steps while feeling negative will likely result in unfavorable outcomes. Your emotions (or frequency) shape your reality, which is why it’s essential to attune your feelings before proceeding with actions.

To help calibrate your emotional state, consider various techniques:

  1. Connect with Animals: Petting a cat or any beloved animal can elevate your mood. I experienced this firsthand when my cat snuggled against my head, filling me with warmth and joy.
  2. The $100 Bill Technique: This method, inspired by Jerry and Esther, involves carrying a $100 bill and imagining purchasing items throughout the day. This exercise fosters a sense of abundance concerning money.

  4. Visualization: Picture yourself enjoying the things you desire.

The goal of these practices is to cultivate good feelings. When you align with the frequency of what you want, manifestation becomes possible. The empowering aspect is that you have control over your thoughts and feelings. Begin your day with gratitude, exercise, read uplifting material (books, podcasts, etc.), and engage in acts of kindness. These actions can elevate your mood and help you resonate at a higher frequency.

Exploring Key Areas: Money, Health, and Relationships

When it comes to financial abundance, it's vital to embrace a positive and abundant mindset. If you focus on scarcity and limitations while attempting to use affirmations, the results will be ineffective, as your underlying feelings are negative. Remember, your feelings (frequency) are the cornerstone of manifestation. If the affirmations or mental images don't shift your emotions from negativity to positivity, they are unlikely to yield results.

Consider this powerful insight from Victor Frankl:

"Between the stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our responses. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
