    I’ve made a conscious decision to avoid checking work emails or messages during weekends. I’ve come to understand that work is endless, and it’s essential to protect my personal time.

Lastly, I recommend taking at least one full day each week for a digital detox. Turn off your devices or leave them behind entirely. I aim to minimize phone checks on weekends, sometimes even silencing my phone.

To improve productivity, it’s crucial to change your mindset regarding task management. Embracing new practices can significantly enhance your effectiveness over time.
