Rediscovering Raid: Shadow Legends – A Mobile Gaming Journey

Written on

Chapter 1: Re-Entering the World of Raid

I've recently decided to jump back into playing Raid: Shadow Legends, and this time, I’m starting fresh. Join me on this exciting journey as I re-explore the game.

At the outset, you must select your first champion. This time, I’ll be choosing Kael, having previously picked Elhain. The primary objective is to assemble the most powerful team possible. PvP matchups are also available, allowing you to earn equipment that enhances your champions. The turn-based mechanics, combined with stunning graphics, make for an engaging experience. Kael possesses skills that can poison foes and has an ability that impacts all enemies in his vicinity.

Raid offers a distinct gaming experience, especially on mobile, and I’m eager to spend more time with it. Now, let’s proceed with selecting Kael and see what unfolds.

Upon starting, there’s a portal in your bastion for summoning champions. Initially, the game provides you with two summons and some currency. Let’s check what champions I can summon!

Summoning a mystery shard costs 500, and I have two, which means I’ll spend 1000 total.

The first champion I summoned was a level 1 Dark Elve Sniper, a promising start! Now, let’s see what the second shard holds for me.

My second summon yielded a level 1 Dwarf Chemist, a first for me, which is thrilling. Before accessing my second champion, I had to complete two battles and equip armor pieces. The game also introduced me to armor upgrades, which is a nice feature. Currently, I’m progressing through the campaign, and I’m still enjoying the game.

Every 12 hours, you can claim a shard, and an ancient shard becomes available every three days, making it easier to collect champions even if you don't play consistently. I plan to continue exploring to see if there are any new additions.

As you play longer, you receive more rewards, which is a great incentive for dedicated players. Engaging in battles consumes energy, but I started with a solid 60 energy, allowing for extended gameplay sessions.

Note: Some links may be affiliate links, but they won’t cost you anything to join. Supporting this blog by grabbing that starter pack and trying out Raid: Shadow Legends would be greatly appreciated.

There are numerous opportunities for earning free rewards just by logging in, which is one aspect I truly appreciate about this game.

To be honest, there’s nothing I dislike about Raid: Shadow Legends. It’s an impressive game with stunning graphics and enjoyable combat mechanics. Plus, it’s free to start, making it accessible for players who don’t want to spend a fortune to get ahead. Although I haven’t ventured into PvP yet, I anticipate it will be just as exciting.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post! Be sure to clap and follow for more gaming reviews.
