When I begin to sidestep discomfort, pain, and mistakes in pursuit of a flawless life, things start to get complicated. The desire for everything to be perfect often leads to excessive overthinking, as I try to design my life to exclude any form of discomfort or pain.

Action doesn’t require a perfect plan, a set of tools, or any excuses—just the will to move forward. My life is ultimately my responsibility, and if I wish for improvement, I must embrace the discomfort that comes with it.
